I was flying from Amsterdam to Guayaqil in Ecuador. We had 4 hours delay, my luggage has been delayed and when I finally got it, it turn out that KLM stole some of my items. I filled out complaint form via their website, filled out paper complaint form and left it in civil aviation department. No response, so I went to the airport to meet with somebody from KLM but the lady whom I supposed to meet wasn't there. I left my email, phone number and haven't heard from them so far. Are they going to let this theft go free? Is there any justice? Can they at least investigate this? Why the hell can they not answer me? I will never fly with this shitty airlines again. KLM sucks! I think it's the new airlines policies. I had 20.8 kg already in one bag on my departure to Shanghai, and since I bought a lot of stuff there, I came back with 2 bags of 20 kg each basically, i.e. I was 20kg too much. No blame on KLM, but worth investigating the airlines new policies. One idea from me: weight of passenger + weight of his/her bags should be exceed ...kgs.
